Pre-photo shoot support in Singapore (10/10)
Keika & Maggie were very responsive to our queries, and was very willing to offer suggestions to us.

Such as: (Total estimate: 7,900 NT)
• Ampoules x 6 (4 for bride and 2 for groom) (3,000)
• Rental of vehicle by per hour (4,900 for 10 hours)
P.S. They were very upfront with the cost and there were absolutely no hidden costs.

Pre-photo shoot support in Taiwan (9/10)

On the date of gown selection, Joan and Vic helped us to shortlist on the gowns based on our style and preference. That helped us to cut our gown selection to under 2hours. Joan was also really patient with us and went through the trial of gowns with us. Furthermore, the service advice provided to us were professional, they went through the photo shoot route with us again and helped us to narrow down on the photoshoot spots in accordance . That helped us in our selection process, everything went swiftly.

Man’s selection of suit is at ELE suit that is a few streets away and reachable via cab in 3 minutes. Their standard suit is black and white. For other selection of grey or blue will be additional cost. To my disappointment, the selection for ELE was just miserable. The top-up costs also didn't justify the quality of their suits.

Makeup artist (10/10)
Baby gave very practical advice according to the scenes that we are taking. For instance, when we were at the beach, she helped us to redo our hair to make it more slick, as the wind was quite strong. She also managed our expectations very well, she would recommend against styles that were not really suitable for photography. I love the hairdos and makeup, which matched the dresses very well. With the limited resources available at the outdoors, her hands would work magic and transform my makeup and hairdo.

Photography (8/10)
Mao Ge is a very friendly photographer and gave clear and good direction for angle and pose. His professionalism to catch the best angles really touched us, he would even lie flat down on a puddle of water at the beach just so that he could get the best angle possible for the the scene. Mao Ge was constantly trying to bring out our best smiles by cracking jokes every now and then to help us smile after a long day of shoot.

Open was the most hardworking lighting assistant that we had ever seen. He would be helping out with my dress at one moment and helping out with the lighting at the other. He is really everywhere!

Videography (8/10)
Lawrence was the silent man behind the scene. He made extra care to capture those candid moments before and after each shoot to ensure that not a single moment is missed. Armed with his mini drone, he helped us to take our videos to the next level.

The crew (10/10)
The crew made sure that we were well taken care of and we did not have to worry about anything else but to concentrate on being the models of the day. Sometimes we even felt that they were working too hard! Extra shoutout to Mr Driver (sorry we didn't manage to catch his name) who constantly helped out behind the scenes. He even gave us 2 apples on our way back.

Post photo selection (10/10)
Vic gave very good inputs in identifying similar photos / “feel” that we have chosen, kudos to her in making our selection process a very swift and decisive one.

The overall experience was really a good one and we would definitely recommend Bluebay to everyone.
