MUA/Stylist: Jia Ning
Light Tech: Open
Videographer: Jin En
Consultant at Bluebay TW office: Vic
Dress Assistant: Joan

My fiance & I took up Bluebay wedding Taiwan photoshoot package at a roadshow at Waterway point somewhere in May. Their Singapore and Taiwan staffs are all very professional and has really great service and answer you all your inquiries.

The day before we fly to Taiwan, Bluebay Taiwan office is very nice to give us a call to remind us to pack certain items.

When we are here to select the gowns, Joan and Vic served us. They helped me to pick out a few gowns which they feel will suit me. Joan is extremely patient as I've changed a number of gowns as I couldn't decide which to choose. They will also provide you their iPad for you to take photos of the gowns, for you to look through again and choose your favourite gowns. We were given 4 gowns to choose for our package. After choosing the gowns, they would also remind you the list of items for you to bring for the photoshoot.
For groom's suits, they will direct you to their partner, whose office is at another area, about 3mins away. You'll then take a cab to their partner's office, but cab fare on their tab. So no worries.

On the day of the photoshoot:
We were told to arrive at 8am at their office.

MUA - Jia Ning
When we reach, our MUA, Jia Ning, was already here. Proceeded to re-try on the gowns to make sure they got my measurements right, before she proceed to do my hair and makeup.
JiaNing is extremely professional. She did my hair and makeup exactly the way I love it. She is very good in matching your hairstyle and accessories with the gown you're wearing.
We had her to come along with us during the photoshoot.
As we have chosen a route where access to electricity is very limited, she has a way of doing my hair really nicely. She is really very very professional.
At certain part where the wind is really strong, and I was cold, she even wrapped her shawl around me to keep me warm.

Photographer - De Ge
De Ge is very professional. Very serious yet humorous!
Before we leave for our photoshoot, the venues we've chosen are pretty limited and there wouldn't be much shots. He recommended additional venues to go, along the way, so we will have more shots.
Halfway through the photoshoot, one of the venue we were supposed to go, Bu Yan Ting, was unfortunately blocked off by the government due to unforeseen circumstances due to the typhoon that happened 2 days before our photoshoot.
De Ge then brought us to other places nearby which was beautiful, to take the photos.
All the photographs that he has taken are really beautiful. My fiance and I love it all.

Light Tech - Open
Open is a very young yet fun and active person. He is very helpful! He helped me arranged my train and even switched on the torchlight when it's dark at night so that we can see the way better and find a path that's easier for us to walk on as it was rocks and tall grasses around us.

Videographer - Jin En
He started shooting the video when JiaNing was doing my hair and makeup. He is also very professional and good. Even with the windy weather, which he couldn't operate the drone, he still helped us to after my fiance's request.

After photoshoot/choosing photos
Consultant Vic, was very warm and welcoming. She is very patient by going through all the procedures with us. She did not hard-sell us anything or make us buy any additional photos. This is what we are all looking for isn't it. No one hard-selling us anything after the big amount we've paid for the photoshoot. Thumbs up for her service!

You will not regret if you choose Bluebay wedding.
